All data you enter into the app remains stored locally on your device only.

2.2 Advertising ID (AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads.

AdMob may automatically collect:

  • Google Advertising ID (AAID)

  • Ad interaction data
  • Approximate location (via IP)

This data is collected by Google, not by us.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

All user data such as:

  • Income
  • Transactions

  • Net worth calculations

is stored locally on your device storage.

We do not:

  • Upload data to servers
  • Use cloud storage
  • Access your financial accounts
  • Share your data with third parties

Deleting the app will permanently delete all app data.

4. Permissions Used

Monify – ExpensePilot requests only one permission:

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Used to:

  • Send reminders
  • Notify about upcoming bills or financial reminders

We do not use this permission for advertising or tracking.

5. Children’s Privacy (Child Safety Policy)

Monify – ExpensePilot is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
If a parent believes a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

Under GDPR, users have the right to:

  • Access their data
  • Request deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • Restrict processing

Since Monify does not collect or store personal data, most GDPR rights are automatically fulfilled.

You can delete all app data anytime by:

  • Clearing app data, or
  • Uninstalling the app.

We do not retain any user data on servers.

All data remains on your device until you:

  • Delete entries manually
  • Clear app storage
  • Uninstall the app

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data.

The app uses:

Used for showing ads and supporting free app usage.

AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers according to Google policies:

We do not control how Google collects or processes this data.

9. Security

Because data never leaves your device:
